Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven on 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Then add zucchini and pecans.
    This makes a lot of batter, so either use two greased loaf pans or one greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
