Mint Julep - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 fresh spearmint leaves, lightly rinsed and drained
    shaved ice
    6 sprigs fresh spearmint
    3/4 oz. simple syrup *
    2 1/2 oz. bourbon
Preparation
    *Made of 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water, boiled 3 minutes and chilled.
