Great Northern Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. Great Northern beans
    1 lb. pork neckbones
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Soak beans in 2 quarts of lukewarm water for 1/2 hour. Add all the other ingredients and cook over medium heat, adding more water when necessary. Serve with cornbread and Collard Greens.
