Veggie Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 Gold Medal flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh veggies (broccoli flowerets or cauliflowerets)
    1/4-inch carrot slices
    1/2-inch zucchini slices
    1/2-inch green or red pepper strips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Brush bottom of rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) with 1 tablespoon melted margarine.
