Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugars.
    Add egg, beating well.
    Add oil and beat until light and fluffy.
    Sift together flour, soda and cream of tartar.
    Add to first mixture and beat well.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Roll into long rolls.
    Wrap in waxed paper; put in refrigerator or freeze to chill.
    Slice in thin slices.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
