All Season Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. prepared fruit or vegetable *
Preparation
    *This can be shredded apples, shredded sweet potato or 2 medium zucchini (shredded), to make 2 cups.
