Aunt Dawson'S Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil and water.
    Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and soda; mix well.
    Add nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans (or in large Bundt pan or may use 3 or 4 one pound coffee cans.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
    If using coffee cans, they will bake faster.
