French-Canadian Sugar Pie I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    6 egg yolks
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 c. maple syrup
    4 tsp. butter
    7 oz. evaporated milk
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, maple syrup, milk and the butter.
    In another bowl, mix the egg whites until they make firm peaks and incorporate into first mixture with a spatula.
    You have to gently fold the egg whites to incorporate air in the mixture. Put the preparation in pie crust and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
