Zucchini Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini
2 Tbsp. bacon grease
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1/4 c. celery
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Peel zucchini; cut and put into pot with grease and other ingredients.
Cook 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
