Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 qt. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. maple syrup
Preparation

Place popped corn in a grocery bag.
Combine sugar, syrup and butter in a bowl.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Stir and microwave 3 minutes more.
Stir in soda and vanilla.
Pour over corn in a bag.
Stir with a large wooden spoon.
Fold over top of bag and shake.
Microwave 1 minute; shake.
Repeat.
Repeat again. Spread on a waxed paper to dry.
