Rotel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    8 pods hot peppers
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Bring all
    ingredients\tto a hard boil.
    Lower heat and let simmer for\t1 hour.
    Pour into pint jars. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and
    1/2
    teaspoon\tsugar
    to each jar. Seal.
    Process in boiling water bath for a few minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 pints.
