Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a saucepan, combine potatoes, onion and salt.
    Add enough water to cover potatoes.
    Cook until tender and drain.
    Place in lightly greased casserole dish.
    In a saucepan, combine margarine, flour, milk and cheese.
    Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until thick.
    Pour over potato mixture and bake for 45 minutes.
