Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour (plain)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. chopped raw apples
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg; add sugar and beat well.
    Add Wesson oil and beat well.
    Add flour, soda and salt and beat well.
    Add apples and nuts; mix well with hands.
    Cook in greased, floured pan for 40 minutes (or until done) in 325\u00b0 oven.
