Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. raw rice
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 can chicken noodle soup
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Save drippings.
    Saute onions and celery in drippings.
    Layer rice, sausage, onions and celery. Spread mushroom soup, then chicken noodle soup.
    Pour 1 1/2 cans of water over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
