Mustard Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. turmeric
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Blend water, flour and turmeric.
    Pour into saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Return to blender and add garlic and lemon juice.
    Mix well and chill.
