Martha'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    2 c. beef stock
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large skillet, slowly brown the garlic and onions in olive oil; stir and cook until tender.
    Raise heat, add meat and cook until done.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Cover and reduce heat.
    Cook about 45 minutes more.
