Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. biscuit mix or Bisquick
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. raw hot sausage
Preparation
    Mix sausage with biscuit mix until crumbly. Add cheese and a little milk to hold. Roll in small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 until brown.
