Carrots Elegante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. thinly sliced carrots
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cook carrots, covered in 1/2 inch of boiling water 8 minutes. Drain.
    Place carrots in 1-quart baking dish.
    Stir in raisins, butter, honey, lemon juice and ginger.
    Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
