Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. raw diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
