Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. boiling water
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries
Preparation

Put first 3 ingredients into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 minutes. Cool. Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Fold mixture into Cool Whip and spread onto cooled crust. Mix boiling water with strawberry jello. Stir until jello is dissolved and add frozen strawberries. When slightly jelled, spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Leave in refrigerator until firm.
