Harvest Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large oranges
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. halved and seeded grapes
    1 1/2 c. quartered pitted dates or raisins
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    5 large red skinned apples or firm ripe pears (unpeeled)
Preparation
    Cut and peel white membrane from oranges.
    Holding oranges over a bowl to catch juice, lift out sections.
    Reserve 3 tablespoons of the juice.
