Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 small jar pimento
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 large pkg. potato chips
Preparation

Crush potato chips and put a layer on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix other ingredients and place on top of chips. Sprinkle remaining chips on top and bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8 people.
