Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep-dish pie shell, cooked
    3 to 5 peeled and diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    oregano
    basil
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese and onion.
    Put tomatoes, chopped and strained of juices, into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with oregano and basil.
    Put cheese mixture on top.
    Sprinkle with broken Ritz cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serve warm, cut into wedges.
