Baked Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken (about 3 lb.)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving pieces.
    Wash and drain.
    Shake in mixture of flour, salt and pepper in bag to coat well.
    Melt 1/2 butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture, one at a time, to coat all over.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
