Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sift
    dry
    ingredients,
    cut
    in
    Crisco, beat egg, add vinegar and water.
    Stir into the dry mixture.
    This will keep well in
    the refrigerator.
    It will make 4 or 5 single crusts. You may flatten separately, put paper between and freeze until needed. Thaw a few seconds in microwave and roll out.
