Buttered Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head green cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter
    dash of paprika
    pinch of sugar
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Wash and shred cabbage and onion.
    Cover with water.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain off most of water.
    Add salt, pepper, sugar and butter.
    Steam 15 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat. Garnish with paprika and serve.
