Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Boil first 3 ingredients for 1 minute.
Stir constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chips.
Spread on cooled cake
or bars.
