Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    5 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 egg
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening and add 1 egg and 1 regular size can of evaporated milk.
    Mix well.
    Divide in half and shape into 2 rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill overnight in refrigerator.
    Cut off your roll and roll out very thin for your fruit.
