Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. coarsely chopped apples
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Put all dry ingredients together.
Roll nuts in a little bit of flour.
Add eggs, one at a time with sugar, beating well after each one.
Add apples, pineapple and grated carrots.
Add oil to this mixture alternately with the dry ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
