Scallop Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thin sliced potatoes
    1 onion, sliced thin
    butter (on top)
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put sliced potatoes and onion in a glass dish.
    Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes and onion.
    Slice some butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
