Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes (may be instant)
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle one can of French fried onion rings on top and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
