Shrimp Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 to 20 oz. Nesco cooked shrimp
    4 oz. olive oil
    sliced mushrooms
    1 bay leaf
    29 oz. tomato puree
    1 lb. diced onion
    1 lb. diced green pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    5 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat puree, oil and spices in a large pot.
    Once simmering, add vegetables.
    Once vegetables are tender, add shrimp.
    Cook until shrimp are thoroughly heated, 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over pasta or rice.
    Serves 6 to 8.
