Creamy Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes (do not use salt in mashed potatoes)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, thoroughly combine all ingredients, except 1/4 cup cheese.
    Bake for 40 minutes, top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 8 servings.
