Weight Watchers Baked Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

2 large baking potatoes
2 tsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
paprika
garlic powder
Preparation

Scrub potatoes and cut into lengthwise wedges.
Coat with olive oil by dipping both cut sides in the oil.
Arrange on a nonstick baking pan.
Sprinkle all potatoes with a dash of salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until crispy and lightly browned.
