Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean or bulk sausage
    1 medium onion
    1 large bell pepper
    2 c. canned milk
    6 eggs
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Brown sausage; add bell pepper and onion to sausage.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mix eggs and milk; beat well.
    Pour 1/2 of the sausage mixture into each pie shell.
    Top with 1/2 of the cheese.
    Divide the egg and milk mixture and pour into the pie shells.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Freezes well.
