Thick Crust Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
    topping (anything you want)
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening until size of sand.
    Add milk.
    Mix until dough is formed.
    Knead 12 times. Shape crust.
    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Spread with toppings.
    Bake on lowest rack of 425\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
