Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 cans tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Dip each breast in the egg and lightly coat with bread crumbs. Brown in oil and transfer to a baking dish. In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and butter. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove cover and top chicken with Mozzarella cheese. Serve with pasta if desired.
