"Ostrich Bells" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground ostrich
6 bell peppers
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and set aside for later. Mix ostrich meat (uncooked), rice, salt and pepper together, then stuff it in the bottom half of the peppers.
Place the tops back on the peppers and wrap loosely in aluminum foil, then bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
