Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
12 oz. cottage cheese, blended and drained well
2 large eggs, separated
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Blend in condensed milk. Beat in cottage cheese.
Beat in egg yolks, one at a time.
In small bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
Fold in and add lemon juice.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until set.
