Sue'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Press graham cracker crust into spring-form pan.
Soften cheese.
Beat until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add sugar slowly, then vanilla.
Pour in crust and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
