Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans condensed beef broth
1 soup can water
2 medium potatoes, cubed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can undrained cut up tomatoes
1 c. cubed cooked beef
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a 3-quart saucepan, combine broth, water and potatoes. Heat to boiling point.
Reduce heat; cover and cook until potatoes are tender.
Add other vegetables; cook until they are tender. Makes 7 cups.
