Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    4 slices bacon
    salt and lots of pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    3/4 lb. potatoes
Preparation
    Saute chopped celery and onion.
    Cut bacon into pieces and blanch.
    Heat broth; add celery, onion, bacon, salt, thyme and potatoes.
    Simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Melt butter; add flour.
    Heat milk; mix together.
    Add to broth and vegetables. Let simmer.
