Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1/3 c. margarine
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. golden raisins
    3 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
Preparation
    Add to mixture in skillet.
    Cover and bring to boil.
    Simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
    Remove cover and cook 5 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed.
