Aunt Shirley'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. green chiles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. hard tortillas
    2 pkg. shredded cheese of your choice (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack and Swiss, etc.)
Preparation
    In skillet, scramble hamburger and onion until brown, then drain grease.
    In saucepan, mix green chiles, soups, milk and enchilada sauce and simmer.
    In large casserole dish, layer broken tortillas, hamburger, sauce and shredded cheese.
    Serve.
