Ingredients
    4 oz. vermicelli
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can tomato soup (condensed)
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
    1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
    Parmesan cheese
