Quick Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked rotini (about 8 oz.)
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. red bell peppers, cut into strips
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. olive oil
    grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Cook rotini as directed on the box, drained.
    Cook zucchini, carrots, red pepper, green pepper and garlic in oil in large skillet until tender.
    Toss rotini and vegetable mixture.
    Serve with cheese, if desired.
