Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. buttermilk or milk
Preparation

Mix margarine, chives, garlic powder and white pepper.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into 4 mounds on waxed paper.
Freeze about 20 minutes or until firm.
