Lazy Woman'S Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. fresh or frozen fruit (peaches, apples, strawberries or other fruit)
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place butter in baking dish (13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch).
Heat in oven until butter is melted.
Heat fruit with juice.
In mixing bowl, combine the flour, milk and sugar; beat by hand until smooth.
Pour batter into dish with butter, then pour hot fruit into dish over batter.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Crust will form as batter comes up around fruit.
