Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In mixer beat eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Add oil and beat 30 seconds. Fill 12 well-greased muffin tins half full. Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes until brown. A few minutes before done, prick with fork to let steam escape.
