Rita'S Enchilada Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. venison
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean) or 3 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. shredded cheese (Mexican is good)
    1 large chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 to 2 c. enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
    1 pkg. tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in large skillet.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
